At CodeShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and refunds for our digital products.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our templates and digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date
- You must provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase
- You must provide a reason for the refund request
2. Refund Exclusions
While we strive to accommodate all refund requests within the eligible period, there are certain circumstances where refunds may not be available:
- If you have already used the template or digital product in a production environment or for a client project
- If you have significantly customized the template beyond its original state
- If you purchased a bundle or package deal and have already used some of the included items
- If the refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period
- If you have already received a refund for a previous purchase from us
- If the purchase was made as part of a promotional offer or at a significantly discounted rate
Please note that customization services, installation services, and other professional services are non-refundable once the work has begun.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and the email address used for the purchase
- Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if:
- You have used a portion of a bundled product
- You have received some value from the product before requesting a refund
- You have requested and received significant support or customization assistance
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the circumstances of each case and at our discretion.
5. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical issues with one of our products, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved with proper guidance, and our team is committed to helping you make the most of your purchase.
If a technical issue cannot be resolved after reasonable effort from both parties, we may offer a refund even after the standard refund period, at our discretion.
6. License Revocation
Upon issuing a refund, your license to use the product will be revoked. You must uninstall and stop using the product, and destroy any copies of the product in your possession.

We reserve the right to update or change our Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
