License Agreement

This License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal agreement between you (Licensee) and CodeShop (Licensor). By purchasing, downloading, or using any template or digital product (Product) from CodeShop, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Standard License

The Standard License grants you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product for a single project, subject to the following conditions:

3. Ownership and Copyright

The Product is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos of the Licensor.

You may not remove any copyright, watermark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Product.

4. Updates and Support

The Licensor provides updates and technical support for the Product as follows:

• Free updates for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Technical support for installation and usage issues for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Documentation and guides for using the Product

Additional support and updates beyond this period may be available for purchase.

5. Third-Party Components

The Product may include third-party software components or libraries that are subject to their own license terms. These components are listed in the documentation provided with the Product, and their use is governed by their respective licenses.

The Licensor does not claim ownership of these third-party components and is not responsible for their functionality or compatibility.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.

10. Changes to This Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Licensors website. Your continued use of the Product after any changes to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
